WEBMASTER
 Webmaster register his company. A varification code is assigned to webmaster through this varification code, login and password he can login.
Webmaster have authority to add, delete, department and supporters.
Webmaster add supporter department wise, and send related URL, login name, password to supporter by E-mail.
Webmaster generates script by selecting department name and supporter name for track visitor.
Webmaster have authority to view chat session handeled by any supporter.
SUPPORTER
Through the URL sent by webmaster supporter can login.
When any user come online a pop-up window appears on the supporter computer.
If any request did not come from visitor supporter can also start communication.
Supporter have rights to kick the visitor if he seems that visitor is not doing relevent question.
If any supporter not able to solve the problem of visitor he can shift visitor to another supporter if availabe.
VISITOR
Visitor can get live support service from the link of webmaster's website, where webmaster is tracking visitor.
If supporter is online he start communication.
If supporter is not online visitor can send a offline message, supporter will receive this message when he come online.
